“Konzert Improvisation”
Concert 20 min

Payman Abdali born in July 1965 in Tehran, Iran. I finished high school in Las Vegas, Nevada, and graduated from California State University of Sacramento in 1990. On October 27, 1987, I gave the first „Electronic Music Recital“ at CSUS, which I consider the beginning of my professional musical activities. In 1989, I co-founded the music production company XDOT25 in San Francisco, CA. And the rest is an uninterrupted wonderful life in music.

Laura Pudelek lives and works as a live and studio musician in Vienna.
She studied cello with a focus on improvisation and new music at the Mainz University of Music and at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (graduation with distinction) with Raphael Wallfisch and Wolfgang Aichinger.

Her artistic field of activity ranges from classical, contemporary and improvised music to performance/dance and the genres of pop and noise.
After numerous performances as cellist and bassist in the chamber pop band Dawa in Austria and abroad, she is part of the collective snim and active in the experimental scene in Vienna. Her constant interest in new sounds and styles always takes Laura into new territory and beyond her own borders. This has resulted in projects and performances with artists such as Nicholas Hoffman, Christian Konrad Schröder, Jaskaran Anand and Robert Steijn.
Bindhumalini Narayanaswamy is an award winning singer, composer. Bindhu, trained in both South and North Indian classical forms, constantly strives to explore avenues outside of her strict classical roots to other forms and traditions in search of the pure soul stirring power that music has. She has journeyed to various hamlets, villages, cities and countries sharing the songs and poems of the mystic saints of India in different languages. She directed music for feature and documentary films in Tamil, Kannada and other languages. Bindhumalini has expanded her craft, community and repertoire through collaborations like The Threshold, Khusrau ke rang, Akath Kahani, Saath-Saath and many more. „Singing Body“ is her current pet project that is growing slowly and steadily.
She won the National Award and Filmfare Award as Best Singer for the songs she created and sang in the film Nathicharami.
